This list varies from 2% of the countries citizens to 100% of the citizens. Any country with less than 20% of it’s citizens drinking fluoridated water was not included on this map as I can likely avoid it under that percentage.
Citizens have an average IQ above 90
As I have an IQ above 130. I am more likely to make friends with people whom are similar to me. Ie, those able to understand my complexities. The average IQ of between 90-110 is still low for me but its probably as low as I can go without making the other person angry with my normal behaviour.
